Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to qualify for a refund.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Await Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
